02 — Why shrink labels

Why brands switch to shrink sleeves

A paper label covers a strip. A shrink sleeve covers the whole pack, follows every curve and shows if someone has opened it.

03 — See it shrink

Loose tube in. Perfect fit out.

Drag the slider to push the bottle through a heat tunnel. This is how every Shrinc sleeve goes from a flat printed tube to a skin-tight label.

Slip it on

The printed sleeve drops over the container as a loose, open tube.

Pass through heat

Steam or hot air shrinks the film from the base upward.

Locks to shape

The sleeve cools tight around every curve, with the artwork sitting exactly where it was designed.

04 — Our story

In plastics since 1976.

Our family started Sunil Engg Works in 1976 to build plastic bag-making machines. In 2012 we put that know-how into our own plant, starting with a single extruder. Today it turns out more than 50 tonnes of shrink packaging a month.

What is a PVC shrink sleeve?

It's a printed tube of heat-shrinkable PVC film. The sleeve slides over a container, then heat from steam or hot air shrinks it so it hugs the exact shape of the bottle or jar.

Which products does Shrinc make?

Shrink sleeves and labels; plain and printed pouches (centre seal, three side seal and stand-up); printed and plain PVC rolls; custom shapes (bottle, jar, U and V); up to 8-colour rotogravure printing; and agricultural mulch film.

Can you match the sleeve I'm using now?

Yes. Send us a sample or clear photos with the size and micron if you know them. We'll check the fit on your container and match it.

How is pricing worked out?

Most orders are quoted per kg. The rate depends on film micron, width or size, number of print colours and order quantity.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the format and whether it's printed. Plain film and standard sizes can start smaller than custom printed jobs. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm.

Do you supply outside Punjab?

Yes, we supply brands across India from our plant in Ludhiana.

How long have you been in this business?

Our family has worked in plastics since 1976, first building bag-making, printing and sealing machines as Sunil Engg Works. We started manufacturing PVC shrink pouches in our own plant in 2012.

Do you make mulch film for agriculture?
